How to Reconstitute Your Peptide
- Sanitize. Wipe the rubber stopper of your peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab.
- Draw bacteriostatic water. Using a sterile syringe, draw the amount listed on your product page (typically 1–3 mL).
- Inject slowly. Insert at a 45° angle and push the plunger so water runs down the inside wall of the vial — not directly onto the powder.
- Swirl, don't shake. Gently swirl in your hand until dissolved. Shaking damages the peptide.
- Wait. Most peptides clear within 60 seconds. If not, give it another minute.
- Refrigerate. Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C immediately. Do not freeze.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Sealed vial (powder): Freezer (-20°C) up to 2 years. Refrigerated, 12-18 months.
- Reconstituted solution: Refrigerated, 28 days for most peptides (NAD+: 14 days).
- Never freeze a reconstituted solution. Keep out of direct light and heat.
